Our classic buttermilk rusks are twice-baked for a satisfying crunch and rich, buttery flavor, they're meant to be enjoyed slowly anytime anywhere —with a steaming cup of coffee, tea, or good company.

Ingredients: Organic all-purpose flour, organic unsalted butter, organic buttermilk, organic cane sugar, organic pasture-raised eggs, cream of tartar, sea salt, baking soda.

Rusks typically last up to 4 weeks at room temperature in an airtight container. Although, if stored properly in a completely sealed, dry container, they can last up to 1-3 months.
